Which method of carpet and upholstery cleaning is more effective and preferable, Vapour Dry Steam cleaning or Dry cleaning? Vapour Dry Steam cleaning is by far the most effective and preferable method for carpet cleaning and total sanitisaion, and for your health in general. Dry cleaning can be used for light duty surface carpet cleaning, without cleaning the carpet deep in the core or being effective at sanitising.
How soon can I walk on the carpet after the cleaning? After carpet cleaning by Vapour Dry Steam, you may walk on the carpet immediately.
What furniture would be moved during the cleaning process? We will attempt to move all possible and necessary furniture in your house in order to clean your carpet. Exceptions include: large beds without wheels, book cases, cabinets with fragile china or glass, large cabinets that cannot be moved by a single man, computers, aquariums, or other fragile objects. No extra fees are charged for moving furniture.
How long will it take for the carpet to dry completely? After Vapour Dry Steam cleaning, it usually takes a maximum of 30 to 60 minutes for the carpet to be completely dry. As an exception, heavily soiled locations that require additional cleaning may take up to 1.5 to 2 hours to dry.
Does Heavenly Hygiene remove stains? Yes, we remove the majority of stains on carpets. There are, however, stains that cannot be removed completely, which include aged and previously incorrectly treated stains which may become permanent. No extra fees are charged for stain removal.
How often should carpets be cleaned? It is best to clean carpets twice a year. This allows the fabric of the carpet to be well protected and serve you for much longer, as well as look clean while being free from bacteria, dirt and allergens which make up the main factors that damage the carpet.
What services should I recieve when I pay for quality professional carpet cleaning? Paying for professional and quality carpet cleaning you should recieve: 1. Pre-Inspection. Preparatory check of your carpet to determine the state and identify existing stains and potential problems. 2. Vacuuming. This is a necessary part of carpet cleaning. 3. Pre-spray. This should be non-toxic and non-hazardous treatments, able to suspend soil and dirt, helping the carpet stay clean and soft longer. 4. Removal of soil, dirt and cleaning products, followed by sanitisation of the carpet from bacteria, microorganisms and harmful allergens. 5. Stain removal. 6. Grooming. To reset the pile, leaving the carpet with a silky finish.
Can cleaning products be harmful for children or pets? Heavenly Hygiene uses only non-toxic, harmless and ecollogicaly-firendly products, safe for children, pets and the environment.
Does Heavenly Hygiene sanitise carpets? Of course, we sanitise carpets from bacteria, microbes, viruses, dust mites, allergens using Vapour Dry Steam at 165°C. This stage is included in our system and does not incur any additional costs.
Is it possible to remove aged pale stains on carpets? Such stains are unlikely to be removed. It is possible that you would need to replace that part of the carpet.
Does Heavenly Hygiene make any guarantees? Heavenly Hygiene guarantees to clean carpets to Australian Standard AS3733-1995. We do not guarantee removal of old stains, which may have become permanent or were incorrectly treated previously, consequently becoming permanent. Claims will be accepted within 7 days of the cleaning service only. |
