Heavenly Hygiene carpet cleaning service utilizes 94% Vapour Dry Steam at 120°C - 165°C. Our cleaning system is unique and universal in every way, being applicable to any situation and having no unwanted side-effects, satisfying all client demands and requirements for complete satisfaction.

What is the uniqueness and universality of this method based on then, you may ask?

We use the newest technology and latest european portable cleaning equipment for carpet and rug cleaning and their sanitisation.

Our equipment is very maneuverable while having extremely quiet operation, allowing us to make minimal distraction during the cleaning process while you continue your everyday activities. Using the power of Dual Cylinder combined with 120°C Vapour Dry Steam, our Duplex Steam cleaner "thoroughly cleans carpet by simultaneously scrubbing, steaming, washing and extracting dirt." Steam at high pressure and temperatures around 120°C - 165°C penetrates the deep carpet fabric, lifting dirt, dust and various stains, completely cleaning the carpet, while also sanitising it from bacteria, microbes, unpleasant odours. This process kills viruses and dust mites and expels allergens without chemical treatment, leaving the carpet immaculately clean, practically dry and unquestionably fresh. You may walk on the carpet immediately after the cleaning has been concluded. The carpet will be completely dry within 1 hour of the cleaning, which is not something that can be guaranteed by many other carpet cleaning methods.

No extra fee is charged for the sanitisation and deodorisation since our unique equipment performs these tasks all within one cleaning cycle. Our method is not only preferred for the majority of domestic and commercial carpet cleaning services, but it is also very popular in situations where hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness are a top priority for carpet cleaning, or where leaving a wet carpet is not permissible. Our cleaning process consists of several stages that supplement each other to form a professional quality service for our clients.

Step 1. Pre-inspection


		Initial inspection of your carpet to determine it's state, locate existing stains and predict potential problems.

Step 2. Pre-vacuuming


		Vacuuming is an essential part to any professional carpet or rug cleaning service. We use specialised and powerful vacuum cleaners of the Dyson brand with HEPA filters that are approved by the National Asthma Council Australia Sensitive Choice Program. These vacuum cleaners are able to lift dust, dirt, soil, dust mites and allergens from the depth of the carpet and open up the fibers. This is the best choice for people who suffer from allergies.

Step 3. Pre-spray


		Only non-hazardous and non-toxic treatments are used at this stage of the cleaning process. Safe and powerful "Delicate Fibre" pre-spray has the ability to suspend the dirt and soil in the carpet and allows it to be removed easily with the vapour dry steam carpet cleaning. The pre-spray also prevents the carpet from become soiled sooner as well as maintaining the softness and freshness while elimitaning unwanted odours.

Step 4. Stain treatment


		The irreplacable Vapour Dry Steam at 165°C is used at this stage to target and easily remove stains, and where necessary, in combination with harmless and non-toxic stain removal compounds which are child and pet safe. Please note that not all stains can be removed as aged or previously incorrectly treated stains can become permanent!

Step 5. Vapour Dry Steam cleaning


		The whole carpet is now cleaned using 120°C - 165°C Vapour Dry Steam. The latest european equipment we use is able to satisfy all wishes and requirements of our customers with the highest quality of carpet cleaning. The carpet is left completely clean and fill of freshness, deodorised and sanitised from harmful bacteria, microbes, alergens, dustmites and various odours.

Step 6. Grooming


		In order to restore the carpets' original silkiness and softness, the final stage of the process involves the grooming of the carpets by resetting the pile with the aid of a specialised grooming rake.

We guarantee to clean your carpet to Australian Standard AS3733-1995. If you are not totally satisfied with the service we provide, we will be more than happy to re-clean the carpet free of charge! Re-cleaning claims can be made within 7 days of the service.
